Roseville Better Gardens Club

The Roseville Better Gardens Club (RBGC) celebrated its 80th Anniversary in October, 2008! If you have any interest in gardening, we'd like to invite you to one of our monthly meetings. Our Garden Club meets monthly [except June (Inauguration Luncheon), and July and August (summer break)] on the third Tuesday of the month at 12:30 p.m. at the Maidu Community Center (Senior Meeting Room). We offer knowledgeable speakers; informative horticultural presentations; community service activities; and special tours and field trips. Membership is $12.00 per year (2009-10 dues will be $15.00) and is open to anyone interested in gardening.

The Roseville Better Gardens Club (RBGC) will have its Annual Plant and Garden Sale at the Maidu Community Center, 1550 Maidu Drive, on Tuesday, May 19, 2009, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The sale, which is open to the public, will be held on the walkway outside of the Center's main entrance. The plants and garden-related items are priced to sell, and many of the plants are grown and/or propagated by the Club's members. Come early for the best selection!
