Purpose
The specific purposes for which the Maidu Neighborhood Association is organized are as follows:
- To provide an open forum through which all members of the Association can participate in the identity, social culture, growth, development, and activities of the Neighborhood.
- To identify and communicate the issues and concerns of the Association members to the Roseville Coalition of Neighborhood Associations, the City of Roseville, and other appropriate entities.
- To keep all members of the Association and people of the Neighborhood informed regarding issues vital, or of interest, to the well being of the Neighborhood.
- To encourage and facilitate communication and cohesiveness among all the people of the Neighborhood.
- To act in cooperation with government and non-government agencies to preserve and improve peace, safety and property values in the Neighborhood.
Boundaries

Neighborhood Associations in Roseville are defined by the City. They include between 800 and 1,000 homes each. The Maidu Neighborhood Association (MNA) has about 900 homes in it.
The area covered by the MNA is geographically located as follows in the City of Roseville, CA. (see map, above):
- The west side is bounded Linda Creek in the south, going north to the west side of West Colonial Drive, then along N. Cirby, past it's western end over to S. Cirby Road. It follows S. Cirby northwest to Rocky Ridge Drive where it runs north to Douglas Blvd.
- The north boundary is Douglas Boulevard from Rocky Ridge east to Eureka Road.
- The eastern side of the neighborhood association is irregular, running south east along Eureka Road, then in along the creek to the northeast corner of Maidu Park about where the Maidu Interpretive Center is located, then east around the border of the park, continuing south, past Parkhill Dr. to the homes on Thistledown Drive. At the southeast end of Thistledown, the eastern border continues due south, following the City border to Old Auburn Road.
- The southern edge of the MNA follows the City border along the north side of Old Auburn Road from Sierra College Boulevard west until it gets to Spahn Ranch Road where it jogs southwest over to South Cirby.
